Here it goes…

I’ve been a chef for a long time. I qualified when I was 18 but have been cooking since I can remember. I’ve consistently posted on Facebook, Twitter and more recently Instagram, but this is my own space. It’s not fancy or complicated, it’s definitely a work in progress, don’t expect high-level web design or slick embedded videos. However equally, there won’t be any annoying chat bots or pushy sales crap. This is about my food and not much more, but I love to create and I love to share with my friends and family, so I’m throwing it open to anyone who’s interested.
